Purchases

Basic Collection

If you already purchased the Basic Collection and paid content is not available, open Hueception’s menu and choose Restore Purchases. Apple may ask you to authenticate with your App Store account.

Optional tips

Tips are optional consumable purchases. They support Hueception development but do not unlock additional content.

Progress & saved paintings

Study progress, completed paintings, and saved Creative versions are stored locally on the device or browser. Removing the app or clearing local data may remove that information.

If relevant, include your device model, operating system version, and a short description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
